Shipping Policy
Shipments
 
Creollus uses sea shipments whenever possible, which uses significantly less fuel than air freight. We consolidate shipments as much as possible to reduce the number of shipments and overall transportation load-up to one container at a time.

We use United Parcel Service for transportation needs within the United States. The UPS alternative fuel fleet—at 1,500 vehicles and one of the largest in the United States—currently includes trucks powered by compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, propane, electricity and hydrogen.

Products offered at this site are only available for delivery within the continental United Stated (excluding Hawaii), Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico. Shipping rates are higher for packages sent outside of the continental United States. Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges which will be in addition to your order. These charges are collected C.O.D. by UPS.
 
Most orders will ship the following business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
 
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items will be shipped within two business days. You will be contacted by email if your order cannot be filled completely within two days. Products are shipped via UPS ground. UPS Next Day Air delivery service is available at an additional cost. UPS Next Day Air service is based on the date your order is filled, NOT the date your order is placed. Orders are filled in 48 hours, then shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Weekend delivery is not available. Packages cannot be shipped to a post office box.
 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Creollus or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
 
Additional residential delivery fees may apply for large items shipped via freight. If additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside the U.S., our customer service department will contact you by e-mail.
 
Creollus reserves the right to cancel an order, require that the order be shipped to the cardholder billing address, or delay shipment of any order for the purposes of credit card authentication and/or fraud investigation.

Special-Order products

 
There may be times when the product you have ordered is not normally carried in stock, is a special-order item, or is shipped from our Brazilian warehouse. We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that meet these conditions, and you may choose to cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Orders for custom-built products or under separate purchase agreement cannot be cancelled.
 
 
Taxes

 
Creollus shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Georgia. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
 
 
Typographical Errors
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Creollus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Creollus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Creollus shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
 
 
Drop Shipping
 
Some of our products are shipped from a different warehouse and require an additional shipping charge to the standard rate above. The additional charge is listed on the product page and will be included in the special s&h line of the order summary. These items are not eligible for expedited delivery. Order Packaging
 
Because we believe so strongly in sustainable living, communities and a cleaner, healthier planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials whenever possible. Our new boxes and mailing envelopes are up to 100% recycled material. We also use 100% PCW void fill to help protect your order during shipping.
